1. What is Fault F0001 (Overcurrent)?
The F0001 error indicates that the drive has detected an output current higher than the limit. In simple terms, the VFD is “pushing” too much power, or there is a short circuit.
Common Causes:

Short circuit in the motor cable.

The motor is jammed or carrying a heavy load.

Damaged IGBT (Internal power component) inside the VFD.
Quick Troubleshooting (DIY):

Disconnect the motor cable from the VFD and try to run the drive. If the fault still appears, the internal VFD hardware is damaged. You need a repair service immediately.

If the fault goes away, check your motor and cables for moisture or cuts.
2. What is Fault F0002 (DC Overvoltage)?
This usually happens when the motor decelerates (stops) too fast. The energy flows back into the drive, causing high voltage on the DC bus.
Solution:

Increase the “Deceleration Time” in the parameters.

Check if the braking resistor is working correctly.
